The 2026 Summer Horse Program at Vining Hill Equestrian Center, Inc. is open to students and non-students alike. Each one-week session is from 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. Class size is limited to 15 riders per week that are broken up into teams of five. There are sessions for beginner/intermediate and advanced riders as well as arts and crafts activities with each session. The week culminates with a horse show and pizza party.

Program Cost

The cost for the Summer Horse Program is 450.00 per session.

A $350.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. Pay using Venmo to @ViningHillEquestrian (please do not mark service) or bring check/cash to the barn. Please make checks payable to V.H.E.C., Inc.

Beginner/Intermediate:

For children 5 years and older with little or no horse experience. Basic horse care and maintenance, equipment identification, arts and crafts, as well as outdoor fun activities. A one-hour group riding lesson will be taught every day. Session ends with a Horse Show and pizza party.

Intermediate/Advanced:

For children who ride regularly, can tack independently, and possess the skills to handle a horse at a walk, trot, & canter in a group setting. Horse care and maintenance, arts and crafts, along with outdoor activities are all part of the fun. A group riding lesson will be taught every day. Each session ends with a horse show and pizza party.
