Summer Horse Program

The 2024 Summer Horse Program at Vining Hill Equestrian Center, Inc. is open to students and non-students alike. Each one-week session is from 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. Class size is limited to 15 riders per week that are broken up into teams of five. There are sessions for beginner and advanced riders as well as arts and crafts activities with each session. The week culminates with a horse show and pizza party.

Week 1    July 8-12   Intermediate/Advanced Week

Week 2   July 15-19    Beginner/Intermediate Week

Week 3   July 22-26   Beginner/Intermediate Week

Week 4   July 29- August 2  Beginner/Intermediate Week

The Summer Horse Program at Vining Hill Equestrian Center, Inc. is open to students and non-students alike.

Program Cost

The cost for the Summer Horse Program is $400.00 per session.

A $300.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. Pay using Venmo to @ViningHillEquestrian (please do not mark service) or bring check/cash to the barn. Please make checks payable to V.H.E.C., Inc.

Payment Options
Beginner/Intermediate:

For children 5 years and older with little or no horse experience. Basic horse care and maintenance, equipment identification, arts and crafts, as well as outdoor fun activities. A one-hour group riding lesson will be taught every day. Session ends with a Horse Show and pizza party.

Intermediate/Advanced:

For children who ride regularly, can tack independently, and possess the skills to handle a horse at a walk, trot, & canter in a group setting. Horse care and maintenance, arts and crafts, along with outdoor activities are all part of the fun. A group riding lesson will be taught every day. Each session ends with ahorse show and pizza party.
